Marty Rae's Delivery

 Customers rave about our delivery service. We pride ourselves on our own white glove delivery service. Our delivery staff are full time employees of Marty Rae’s and we own our own dedicated trucks. Our delivery specialist always treats your home with great care and respect. When your furniture is ready to be delivered, our customer service representative will call you to schedule a delivery time. Taking your schedule into consideration is of the utmost importance to us.

We will schedule a day for your delivery that works best for you and confirm the day prior with a two-hour window for our delivery specialists to be at your home. Our two-hour delivery windows are 10am to 1pm, or 2pm to 5pm. They in turn will provide a courtesy call when they are 30 minutes from your home.

Marty Rae’s Quality Inspection:

Our delivery specialists start the process of delivery by unpacking all merchandise when it arrives. We then carefully inspect your merchandise. Once it is out of the box, all furniture undergoes a detailed inspection by our trained professionals. This is to ensure that your merchandise is in factory acceptable condition.

Set Up a Delivery Date:

Our customer service representative  will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time that works best for you.  You will be given a two hour time window so that you can plan your day.

Delivery Day Check List:

  • Any unpaid balance must be paid at the time of delivery. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, personal, and certified checks. All checks must be made payable to Marty Rae’s. Remember furniture cannot be left unless it is paid in full.
  • Please be sure someone is at the delivery address to supervise your scheduled delivery.
  • Clear all pedestrian obstacles outside your home.
  • Clear all hallways, stairwells, and door openings of obstructions before the delivery crew arrives.
  • Exiting furniture and accessories should be cleared from the delivery area prior to delivery, so that our crew may complete the delivery with as little disruption to you, your family and your household as possible.

Merchandise Pickup

Kindly remember ALL pick-ups must be scheduled with your respective designer. Furniture will not be wrapped for pick up until after you have inspected it.

Pick Up Hours:

Mon-Sat 10am-11:30am & 1pm-4:30pm

Pick Up Checklist:

  • Consider weather conditions
  • Measure the space inside your vehicle prior to pickup
  • Measure your vehicle’s door and trunk openings prior to pickup
  • Make sure any seats are removed from your vehicle
  • Make sure your vehicle is clean and as empty as possible
  • Consider how you will secure your purchase if needed (Our staff will load the furniture; but please remember, it is your responsibility to secure it to your vehicle.)
  • Call to confirm your appointment, one hour in advance
  • Have your invoice handy
  • Bring blankets, plastic, and tie down materials.
